Landscape Concept - Hunger

Thats a University project where we were asked to create a Concept for a landscape related to one myth from Portugal.
There's a famous myth about 3 doors close to our castle called "As 3 portas da Sé". In the myth a rich man created 3 doors and hide in one of them all his money and treasure, then he started to say that in ne door is the plague, in the other one is hunger and in the last one is his money.
I got the Hunger theme to work with. After the illustration of the main work about hunger, we needed to create a background for a 2D platfom game base on the illustration, using Unity to build the level. In that phase we learnt how to optimize our assets and spritesheets. There you can also find the whole process during this project.
